Tuber of Bidara Upas washed, then grated and squeezed. Use the Bidara Upas juice to gargle and drink.

Ginger and Garlic as Stroke Herb Medicine

This is the way to use curcuma as diarrhea medicine.

Ingredients :

Curcuma an amount 10 grams

Honey an amount of one tablespoon

Way to make :

First, wash the curcuma, then grated and squeezed. Add a tablespoon of honey. Drink this potion until the diarrhea is stop.

Honey as Heart Attack Herbs

Sometime we have a bad time on our live, like pulsate heart. Our heart pulse is beat over the normal heart pulse. Normal heart pulse is between 60 – 80 pulse per minute. Below is a potion to normalize heart pulse, using honey.

This is the way to use honey as heart attack herbs.

Ingredient :

Honey an amount of one tablespoon

Resereyan (portulaca) an amount 5 (five) rods

Hot water an amount of a half glass.

 

Way to make :

First, wash the portulaca, then we grind the portulaca. Add a tablespoon of honey and a half glass of hot water into the grinded portulaca. Drink this potion two times a day.
