Turmeric known well as spice or as herb in almost all over south east
asian regional, included Indonesia. Tumeric has scientific name
Curcuma Longa. The utilized of turmeric (
curcuma, kunyit) is the rhizome.

The
main contain in turmeric is kurkuminoid and essential oil wich is
useful in treatment of hepatitis, antioxidants, anti-HIV, tumors,
cholesterols, rheumatism, diarrhea and many others.
To make potions of diarrhea from turmeric are as follows:
Ingredients : Turmeric rhizome an amount of a finger and water an amount of 1 glass.
The
way to make potions : thin slices the turmeric rhizome then boil on 1
glass water, strain and drink it after cool. Drink the potions 3 times a
day regulary.
